The Department of Sports of the City Council of Ibiza has reported that the municipal pool of Es Viver will be closed to the public tomorrow, Friday 21, and Saturday November 22 due to improvement works that will be executed during these two days.
As explained by the Consistory, the actions will consist of the installation of new turning platforms, a necessary equipment to be able to host official competitions in the pool. These elements will make it possible to adapt the facility to the technical requirements for sporting events and improve conditions for both swimmers and local clubs.
Despite the temporary closure of the swimming pool, users of the sports complex will be able to continue accessing the gymnasium and paddle tennis courts, which will remain operational throughout the weekend.
