On November 24, the cab sector of Ibiza and Formentera joins once again to celebrate Taxi Solidari, a charity event in favor of the association Ibiza In. From 1:30 pm, the marquee of the fairgrounds will be the scene of a day in which attendees can enjoy a solidarity experience that combines music, food and activities for all ages.
Food, music and charity raffle in an event for everyone
In this sixth edition, attendees will be able to enjoy a traditional arròs de matances prepared by the renowned chef Juanito “Taronges” and his team. In addition, the event will feature a lively presentation by Rafa Martínez and live performances by Canallas del Guateke and Simple Rock, who will provide the soundtrack to this charity event. For the little ones, the event will offer an entertainment area with bouncy castles and craft tables for children to enjoy while adults collaborate with the cause. There will also be a large raffle with more than 50 prizes donated by various local companies, including meals, stays, appliances and more. This year’s proceeds will go to Ibiza In, a non-profit organization that works for the inclusion and rights of people with functional diversity. In particular, the funds will allow the development of the Spidersuit Project, an intensive neurorehabilitation therapy that uses a specialized suit to improve children’s mobility, balance and muscle strength. This initiative will allow families in Ibiza to access the treatment without having to travel outside the island, thus improving the quality of life of the children and relieving the families.
Tickets and collaboration for the cause
Tickets are available at different points of sale for 30 € for adults and 10 € for children between 7 and 12 years old, while children under 7 years old will be admitted free of charge.
