The Civil Guard has arrested a man, of North African origin and 19 years old, as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of robbery with force occurred in a restaurant in the town of Santa Eulària. As reported by the Armed Institute, the facts date back to the early morning of the 23rd when unknown perpetrators gained access to the interior of the restaurant by breaking a canvas and stealing the money collected from the cash register. The next day, the manager, observing what happened, went to the Civil Guard to file the corresponding complaint. At that moment, the agents started an investigation and analyzed the security camera images provided by the complainant. A few days later, and after intensifying night surveillance in the area, the agents located one of the perpetrators of the robbery who was unaccounted for and proceeded to arrest him. The detainee was handed over to the competent judicial authority. The investigation is still open and further arrests are not ruled out.
