Christmas arrives in Eivissa this Saturday, November 29 with an inaugural event that promises to completely transform the Reina Sofia Park. From 6.30 p.m., the show ‘Building Christmas’ will illuminate the enclave through a videomapping accompanied by characters, dancers and acrobats. Half an hour later, at 7 pm, the envelat de Vara de Rey will host the inclusive party Ibiza Love Retro, organized by ASPANADIF with the collaboration of the Consell Insular d’Eivissa.
The day will also coincide with the opening of the new Mercat Gastronòmic, located on Paseo de Vara de Rey, which this year is presented as the main novelty of the Christmas program. It will feature 10 restaurateurs, live music and hours from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00. The program will conclude on January 12, 2026 with the closing of the Fira d’Atraccions.
A message of unity and inclusive programming
During the presentation of the program, the mayor of Eivissa, Rafael Triguero, highlighted the spirit of solidarity that has marked the city in a year complicated by the storms of October. “These parties symbolize Ibiza’s ability to unite and move forward as one city. We want to fill the streets with life, light and coexistence. “, he affirmed. Triguero invited citizens to enjoy the markets, shows and activities in each neighborhood, in addition to supporting local commerce.
The councilman of Festivities, Francisco Torres, stressed the inclusive nature of the program, designed for all audiences and with fifty concerts spread throughout the city. Among the novelties, he highlighted the new accessible letter templates for Santa Claus and the Three Wise Men, designed to ensure that no child is left out of the Christmas magic.
Santa Claus, itinerant music and Three Kings from the East
After last year’s success, the Santa Claus parades will return on December 23 and 24, at 10.30 am, from the port of Eivissa to Vara de Rey.
This year also sees the premiere of Santa’s Band On The Road, a traveling concert of Christmas music with a fresh and rock style that will tour the neighborhoods between 10.30 am and 2.30 pm, with stops in Eivissa Centre, Can Escandell, ses Figueretes and Platja d’en Bossa.
To immortalize the magic, the Caseta de Pare Noel – Oficina 07800 will have a photocall with giant characters, available from 11 am to 12.30 pm in Vara de Rey.
The Cavalcade of the Three Kings of the Orient will take place on January 5, arriving at the port at 6 p.m., where the traditional adoration of the Baby Jesus will take place. The tour will have inclusive spaces and chairs reserved for the elderly, people with reduced mobility or sound sensitivity.
New Year’s Eve, first bath of the year and an extended Fira d’Atraccions (Attractions Fair)
December 31 will start with the family pre-campanadas in the Mercat Gastronòmic, from 11 am to 12 pm. In the evening, the New Year’s Eve party will once again feature the music of La Movida in Vara de Rey, from 10 pm to 3 am.
On January 1, ses Figueretes will host the already popular first bath of the year, followed by a chocolate party at 12 noon, an initiative that seeks to consolidate as a local tradition.
The Fira d’Atraccions, which opened last Friday with 42 attractions, expands its offer compared to last year. The schedule will be:

The City Council has organized an extensive calendar together with neighborhood associations to bring Christmas to all neighborhoods between December and January:
