The Second Section of the Provincial Court holds this Wednesday (09.45 hours) the preliminary hearing of the trial against an accused of drug trafficking in a discotheque in Ibiza.
The prosecution asks for a sentence of four years in prison and a fine of 1,200 euros for facts dating back to June 2022.
The indictment states that the defendant was caught by the police when he was carrying substances hidden in a charger, including ketamine, MDMA and cocaine, to sell.
