As reported by the consistory, the meeting marks the official start of the legal transaction procedure that could open a path towards the solution of the conflict affecting the evicted families.
In addition, Roig has been invited to participate in a neighborhood assembly to be held today at 5:00 p.m., where he will publicly explain the planned roadmap: the approximate deadlines, the immediate actions and the mechanisms for community participation and follow-up.

“The unanimous agreement of the Plenary opens a path of shared and responsible work to seek solutions with legal and technical guarantees, with the objective that the affected families can recover their situation with maximum security and transparency,” said Roig.
The mayor added that the objective is clear: “that the residents can return to their homes as soon as possible and with guarantees of legal and technical security”.
