After securing the resumption of the investigation, which had been quickly closed by the Court of Instruction number 2 of Ibiza, on the basis of new evidence collected at the smart ring used by the victim, Valencia’s lawyer has appealed the reopening order because “they were not the investigative measures that we had requested,” he told La Voz de Ibiza. He also pointed out that “the civil guards who went that night to the villa of this Swedish millionaire and the people from the 061 ambulance who went at first and performed some kind of CPR or resuscitation, although Flor was already dead” should be summoned to testify.
He wants to hear the version of the person who “rented them the portable sauna, to see if the sauna had some kind of contraindication, what was the operation, for how many days it was rented, what was the cost of the rental”.
And to the gastronome “who gave the‘kitchen party‘, the dinner. Let him also go and declare for how many people he gave the dinner, what the dinner cost, how many people were there and so on”.

Lies of a concerted plan
Thanks to a video sent by Flor to another person on the island, the family was able to reconstructthat at 21:40 hours on October 13 the victim goes to the sauna. “We know that she went with two other women,” adds the lawyer, a fact that until now was unknown.
Bollini’s heart rate dropped sharply at 23:25 on October 13, according to data collected by the smart ring. He went into full inactivity mode past midnight, placing his time of death more than two hours before the 112 call was made.
In addition, the device detected only seven steps after death, which is consistent with the transfer of the body from the sauna to the outdoor table, where it was found by police and medics.
This move was allegedly made by the witnesses, who also covered her with a blanket. During that time, they had the necessary time to assemble a concerted version of events.
“They lied from the first moment, tried to hide and covered up absolutely everything. The truth is that they have not behaved as these gentlemen should have behaved. Just the opposite. These gentlemen think they are untouchable,” Monzó told La Voz de Ibiza.

The hypotheses of the event
“We have two hypotheses. One, because we know that in the sauna, Flor was with two other people that we have identified as female. We do not know what happened in the sauna with these two girls,” says the lawyer.

“How many hours was Flor in the sauna while the rest of those present were partying in the villa?” the lawyer asks.
– Were the burns the result of Flor’s forgetfulness in the sauna?
– She burned herself with the cauldron. The sauna can’t give you those burns that Flor has. Flor fell, was pushed or fainted against the cauldron. That’s why the burns came, which is on the left leg, on the hip, the left hand completely burned and so on.
– One theory is that there was an assault. And the other hypothesis?
– That he fainted, had a drop in heart rate, that he lost consciousness inside the sauna and no one noticed this.
– And the ritual scene they had staged?
– When they take the body out of the sauna, the logical thing to do would be to bring her inside if she were alive. But no, they went seven steps because there was a table in front of the wooden sauna. They deposited her on the table, which also shows that the body already has a tremendous rigor mortis because it is not attached to the table, but it is completely with that rigor. They put candles around it and covered it with a kind of blanket or shroud. It has all the signs that there, at least they did some kind of ritual or they did something.
– And in that case, what could be the offenses?
– A gross negligent homicide, a crime against public health for the favoring and facilitation of narcotic substances at the party and theft because Flor was then robbed of a lot of belongings.
