“There is a very great power behind”, warns Federico Bollini, the brother of the “shaman of businessmen”, who was found dead in a luxury villa in Sant Antoni in October 2024. After more than a year of struggle, the family of Florencia Bollini, a reference in psychedelic healing born in Argentina, has obtained the reopening of the investigation of the Court of Instruction number 2 of Ibiza, which at first had decreed the archiving of the case without even having the complete toxicological reports.
In dialogue with La Voz de Ibizathe victim’s brother denounces that“they manipulated everything“: from the body that night, the witnesses’ statements, the intention to remove the ring, the devices stolen from the victim and an attempt to convince the mother in Argentina to cremate the body.
“We are talking about a lot of money. A lot of money . We are talking about billions,” he says.
For a year now, Federico has put his life on hold and is dedicated exclusively to investigating his sister’s death. “I traveled everywhere, I left everything I was doing at home,” he says from the United States.
Florence was based there: she had set up her company in California thanks to an extraordinary talent visa.
At the end of August 2024, the entrepreneur described by Forbes magazine as“the shaman of corporations” had come to Ibiza to spend the summer here. Until she met her tragic end.
What do they know of the fatal October night
“At 9:40 p.m. is the last video of Florencia saying ‘we are going to the sauna’. And then there is nothing more until the expert arrives at 4 in the morning. In the middle, to give you an idea, the cell phones that supposedly assisted Florencia are not in the file,” he says.
According to him, after accessing the file, they were able to verify different “very serious faults”. “There are no reports from the police or which mobiles were sent or which doctors were called. The body appears with patches as if from a resuscitation. But there is no information about the doctors who determined the time of death”.
“The file is a disgrace. It took 7 months to access the file and I had to travel three times to Ibiza. Imagine that I arrived in Ibiza and my sister’s body was gone. It had been burned “, he explains.
Express cremation
The victim’s family emphasizes the “procedural irregularities from minute one“. For example, neither the Italian Consulate – Florence had an EU passport due to her dual nationality – nor her relatives in Argentina were ever notified.
In addition, the Court delivered the body “to a person as a friend”, Federico says .
However, when he presented himself with the birth certificate and all the corresponding documentation to the court, “they didn’t even attend to me. That is to say, you give the body to a friend but you don’t even attend to the family”.

In addition, there was another irregularity there as well. “The cremation was 4 days after death. But to contest a cremation you have to wait 5 days for the cremation the following day. You understand that these are very serious things that are registered in the same file”, says Federico.
Manipulated body
The family is clear that the body was tampered with after she was found dead in the sauna. This is also apparent in the smart ring data: Bollini’s heart rate dropped sharply at 23:25 on October 13. He went into full inactivity mode past midnight, which places his time of death more than two hours before the 112 call was made.
In addition, the device detected only seven steps after death, which is consistent with the movement of the body from the sauna to the outdoor table, where it was found. This movement would have been made by the witnesses, who also covered her with a blanket. During that time, the witnesses had the necessary time to assemble a joint version of events.
“The body was clearly moved, they took it up on a table, saying that the medical service told them to do so. They say that 112 told them to move the body and position it on top of a table with the legs up. At no time in the 112 protocol does it state that you move a body, that you put his leg up, or anything else,” he explains.
In addition, Federico Bollini added that his sister’s hand “is also completely manipulated” and that there were intentions to remove her ring.
“She had her hair combed and her eyes open. It’s so much that it doesn’t close anything,” he reiterates.
Devices handled
In addition to the investigation into the suspicious death, the family had reported missing jewelry and electronic devices, including two cell phones, a tablet and a computer.
Eventually, all of these items were recovered in Ireland, according to Federico, which allowed access to the smart ring data.
“It was quite complicated. I had to go and retrieve my sister’s devices from Ireland. Because they were taken to Ireland. We’re talking about two cell phones, a tablet and a MacBook,” she explains.

During that time, they were also tampering with the devices (“they even unlinked the headphones from her cell phone”) and accessed sensitive information from the victim’s company NANA Heals created in 2019 with an investment of close to two million dollars. The firm was dedicated to the study and therapeutic treatment with psychedelic substances.

“That time was used to steal all the information from my sister’s company,” he explains.
And they also used their social networks where they made two posts: first on October 15, 2024 to inform about Florencia’s death and ask “kindly everyone to respect the family’s privacy as they go through this difficult process”; and then on October 19 announcing the cremation of the body.
Irregularities in the file
Federico has also denounced “serious procedural flaws in the file. It is a disgrace “.
For example, he details that “it has a pasted statement, copied exactly one with the other. One lady declares that ‘I was with my husband Jaime’. And then Jaime declares ‘I was with my husband Jaime’. That is to say, the exact copy of his wife’s statement, made by the Civil Guard and only attached to the file on the 25th. You released the body without having the statements,” Federico points out.
In addition, all the people present in the house were “taken as witnesses. In a violent death, everyone on the scene has to be investigated. So why were they taken as witnesses. It is strange.
In this sense, he explains that “there was no possible perpetrator”, so he demanded that they be summoned to testify again.
“The statements don’t close anywhere. They are saying they went to dinner. But it wasn’t like that, there was a party with 150 people. The house has security cameras, but they didn’t pick up anything,” he complains.

One of the people targeted is a Swedish businessman based on the island, whose identity is not yet known. “I can’t say for sure. But the people who were in the house obviously lied. And there is a responsibility “, said Federico, brother of the victim.
“People with a lot of money.”
In the days following Florencia’s death, a sort of international operation was mounted to conceal this situation.
“They made a kind of international organization. They moved people from the United States, from Ireland with the devices and people from Argentina. They contacted my sister’s high school classmates. “He recounts it almost like a scene out of a movie.
“They went to manipulate my mother to try to get documents from her to try to legalize the cremation. They sent an e-mail from Argentina to the crematory Pompa Funeraria, I have the copy,” she says.

In addition, on the same day of the death “a collection was organized to raise funds,” he says.
Federico suspects “that there is a big power behind it. They are the people who published, manipulated the devices and took my sister’s belongings. One of them is the owner of the house, who would be this Swedish businessman”.
